RESOLUTION NO. 2013-376
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE NO NAME CREEK
INTERCEPTOR SEWER, CONTRACT NO. 849, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO AS JUNE 10, 2013, AT 5:30
P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WITH THE
TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE, AND INSTRUCTING THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of
