RESOLUTION NO. 2026-369
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH MAIN STREET WATERLOO, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $66,000.00, FOR FISCAL YEAR 2027, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, desires to obtain professional services from
Main Street Waterloo for Fiscal Year 2027; and
WHEREAS, Main Street Waterloo has presented a Professional Services Agreement to
provide such services in the amount of $66,000.00; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to approve said Professional Services
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The Professional Services Agreement between the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and Main
Street Waterloo, in the amount of $66,000.00 for Fiscal Year 2027, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
