RESOLUTION NO. 2026-371
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROJECT FUNDING
AGREEMENT, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $1,770.00,
WITH RODGER REISECK FOR REPLACEMENT FENCING
AT 714 W. 2ND STREET AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has determined it to be in the best interest of the
City to enter into a Project Funding Agreement with Rodger Reiseck for replacement fencing at
714 W. 2nd Street; and
WHEREAS, the proposed Project Funding Agreement provides for City participation in
an amount not to exceed $1,770.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it appropriate to approve said Project Funding
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The Project Funding Agreement between the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and Rodger
Reiseck, in an amount not to exceed $1,770.00, for replacement fencing at 714 W. 2nd Street, is
hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July 2026.
