RESOLUTION NO. 2026-374
RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY EASEMENT
AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $100.00, WITH KEVIN
GRIEME, LOCATED AT 2219 DOWNING AVENUE, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE KATOSKI ROAD/HUNTINGTON
ROAD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is undertaking the Katoski Road/Huntington
Road Reconstruction Project; and
WHEREAS, in conjunction with said project, it is necessary and in the best interest of the
City to obtain a Temporary Easement Agreement from Kevin Grieme for property located at
2219 Downing Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Temporary Easement Agreement provides for compensation in the
amount of $100.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it appropriate to approve said Temporary Easement
Agreement and authorize execution of the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The Temporary Easement Agreement between the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and Kevin
Grieme, for property located at 2219 Downing Avenue, in conjunction with the Katoski
Road/Huntington Road Reconstruction Project, in the amount of $100.00, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
