RESOLUTION NO. 2026-375
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO A
TEMPORARY ACCESS EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH
MCDONALD'S USA, LLC, LOCATED AT AND ADJACENT
TO 2222 LOGAN AVENUE, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, previously entered into a Temporary Access
Easement Agreement with McDonald's USA, LLC, for property located at and adjacent to 2222
Logan Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend said Temporary Access Easement Agreement;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it appropriate and in the best interest of the City to
approve said amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The amendment to the Temporary Access Easement Agreement between the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and McDonald's USA, LLC, for property located at and adjacent to 2222 Logan
Avenue, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
