RESOLUTION NO. 2026-378
RESOLUTION APPROVING A COOPERATIVE SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH USDA WILDLIFE SERVICES TO
MINIMIZE WILDLIFE -RELATED PROPERTY DAMAGE AND
RISK TO HUMAN HEALTH AND SAFETY AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, desires to enter into a Cooperative Services
Agreement with USDA Wildlife Services for services intended to minimize wildlife -related
property damage and risk to human health and safety; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it to be in the best interest of the City to approve said
Cooperative Services Agreement and authorize execution of the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The Cooperative Services Agreement between the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and USDA
Wildlife Services to minimize wildlife -related property damage and risk to human health and
safety is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
