RESOLUTION NO. 2026-364
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, AND FORM OF
CONTRACT, AND AUTHORIZING PROCEEDING WITH THE
ASBESTOS ABATEMENT SERVICES PROJECT, CONTRACT
AB-2026-05-01P (54 LANE STREET).
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed specifications, bid documents,
and form of contract for the Asbestos Abatement Services Project, Contract AB-2026-05-01P
(54 Lane Street), and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it appropriate to confirm approval of said
specifications, bid documents, and form of contract, and authorize the project to proceed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. The specifications, bid documents, and form of contract for the Asbestos Abatement
Services Project, Contract AB-2026-05-01P (54 Lane Street) are hereby approved.
2. City Staff are authorized and directed to proceed with said project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6tn day of July 2026.
