RESOLUTION NO. 2013-383
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO CENTURY LINK IN CONJUNCTION WITH
2013 LOCAL AND LONG DISTANCE PHONE SERVICE,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,000.00 PER MONTH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Century Link in the amount of $4,000.00 per
month, in conjunction with 2013 Local and Long Distance Phone
Service, described in the specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council for said Phone Service with Resolution No. 2013-343,
after public hearing on May 6, 2013 on published notice required
by law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of May, 2013.
