Be it resolved by the city council of the city of -!'aterloo, Iowa, That the
mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to sign an agreement au-uhorizing said
Gollmar Bros. Show to exhibit in -Waterloo on May Jet i9i3t upon payment of a
