guttering and pavi-lag v7i-bh asphalt 'G.('.,Le following named streets, to -wit:
East :Fourth street from the northerly line of Sumner street to the northerly
line of Parker s�-feet; Fowler street from the *ast line of Irving s'-reet to thO
belt line of the Illinois Central Railway Company; West fourth street from the
southwest line of Park -,rive to -she southwest line of Sheridan Road, together
with the necessary intersections on said above described streets wnere no'U al-
ready paved, upon motion of the city council wizhouz pe-�itior therefor by abutt-
ing property o�lvrners.
Whereas, said council has examined said plat, plan, s.-pecifications and estimated

Be it resolved by Lhe city council of the city of Vlatierloo, Iowa, that the
plat, plan, specifications and estimates filed as aforesaid be, and the s2me are
hereby approved and said improvements are hereby ordered made in accordance tr.ere-
with.
