That whereas, the Cit�,T council has this day ordered the construction of sewers

on the followir_- described streets in the ciz-,7 of Waterloo, Iowa by resolution
110. now, therefore,
East Fourth street from (able street to Arlington 20 inches in diameter.
East Fourth street from Arlin ton street to Esther street, Iginches in diameter.
_,ast Fourth street from Esther street to -Donald street, 12 inche's in diameter.
Burton avenue -vi-oy-Ii L , Dawson street to Farker street, 10 inches in diameter.
BayArd street from 225 ft west of Fifth street to Fourth street, 10 inches in
diameter.
Glenwood Street frOl-,l lane street to Elm Street, 10 inches in diameter.
mast Fourth street from 'Webster street to Newell street, 24 inches in diameter.
Be it further resolved, that the city clerk be and he is hereb,T directed to
advertise for bids and -oroposaid for the doing of said work,
in accordance with
Section No. 813 of the Code. The date for op
ening pening said bids and proposals to be

selmer certificates issued to the contracto-r apgairst property abutting on such
sewers in proportion to the n--mber of lineal front feet of each parcel thereof,

shall be accepted by the contractor in full payment for said work.
Said work_ is to be done in accordance with the plans and. specifications therefor
pre -oared by the city engineer, approved by the city council and now on file in the
office of the city clerk.
