C. T. Wilson, then acting engineer for the City of
'`;'aterloo, County of 131ack Hawk, and State of Iowa,
did make a. survey of lots 10 and 11 in Block No. 9,
in Johnson's Addition to the City of Iyaterloo, and
did locate the the Southerly line of the alley off
Randolph St 102.3 ft. North from the Northerly line
of Grant .Ave., and Charles C. Gaskino, the owner of.
a part of said lots 10 and 11, did improve his prop-
erjty by building on the alley, and putting a sidewalk
thereon=.in commensurate to the said survey.
"IM 7111 REAS, thereafter on the 26th day
of April, 1913, Nathan B. Barber, County Fngineer
9.8;ain made a, survey of said � ots, and makes the
Rforesa.id line between the Southerly line of said
alley and the Northerly line of Grant eve, 101.7 Ft.
According to said last survey, the side walk built
by said Gaskins, and lossibly the drip of tie eaves
from the building would fall in the alley aforesaid.
TH"R71ORF BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa., that consent
and pemmission is hereby given to said Gaskins and
to his grantees of s=Lid property,the perpetual right
to occupy the l.,ortion of said alley now covered by
said side w&lk,
