of Fairview avenue; Riehl street
from the west line of Logan avenue
to the east line of Burton avenue;
Broadway from the north line of Cen-
ter street to the south line of Riehl
street; Barclay street from the north-
easterly line of Independence avenue

the C. G. W. Ry. Co., togetherh the necessary intersections oni
d above described streets where already paved,
Whereas, said council has examined said plat, plan, specifica-iolzs and
estimates, nog:-T, therefore
Be it resolved by the city; council of the citUT of Waterloo, Iowa, that the
Plat, Plan, specifications and estimates filed as aforesaid be, and the same
are hereb,T approved and said itprovements are hereb; ordered made in accord-
ance therewith.
