That the contract, entered into by and between
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Brown Crockery Company,
dated May 27th, 1912, for furnishing the Tungsten bulbs
for the City of Waterloo, for a period of one year from said
date, be and the same is hereby end extended for a
period of one year from May 27th, 1913, to May 27th, 1914,
upon the same terms and conditions as stated in said con-
tract above referred to.
