Whereas, the owners of all the lots abutting said described

v,ork and sign waiver and agreement waiving all peliminary
resolutions, notices or other proceedings `provided by lar',

Be it resolved by the city council of the City of
T aterlco, Iovia, that the vrork of con: trusting s€�id sidewalk
on said desc ri'ved streets be, and the : ane is hereby accepted
and the cost thereof is hereby as essed against the lots
abutting said streets as provided by law, and in accordance with
the petition, waiver and agreement of thr owners of said property
and as shovm by the nlet and schedule of the City Engineer now
on file in the ofrice of the City Clerk, showing the cost and
P.nount to be assessed against each lot or percel of ground
abutting said, described streets.
Be it further resolved that the ?ciayor and City Clerk
be and they are hereby directed to issue sideralk certificates
to said G. Ailee in accordance with said plat and schedule to
pay the cost of said inprovoment.
