That the bid of the n' this day
received, opened and read for the construction of sewer on Lafayette, Reber,
West Third, A I'MMMOJJ& and various other streets in the city of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby accepted.
Be it further resolved that the city attorney be and he is hereby dirce ted
to prepare contractfor the doing of said work, and the mayor and city clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the same in behalf of the city.
