School District of Waterloo all of the alley extending north and south in block
bounded by Bismarck avenue on the north, Rook Island avenue on the south;

nolia Parkway on the east and Evergreen avenue on the west in Galloway an
addition to the City of Waterloo, Iowa; also the vacation and deeding that por-
tion of Alley extending east and west in block 14, Second Addition to Grandview
Place and abutting lots I, 2, 3, 4, I% I8, 29 and 26 all in block 14, Second
Addition to Grandview Place, an addition to the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has been
duly published as provided by law, and whereas no objection has been made to said
vacation, now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa, that the
Alley extending north and south in Block heretofore described in Galloway and
that portion of Alley extending east and west in block 14, Second Addition to
Grandview Place as heretofore described be and the same are hereby vacated
and annulled, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute a quit
claim deed to the Board of Directors of the Independent District of Waterloo,
and the Board of Directors of the Independent District of East Waterloo, the�
