clerk a plat, plan, specifications and estimates for the construction of sewers
in the city of Waterloo, Iowa, to -wit:

Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa, that the
plat, plan, specifications and estimates filed as aforesaid, be and the same
are hereby approved and said improvements are hereby made in accordance there-
with,
