Whereas, the city council of the city of a#erloo, Iowa, has passed on
this day a resolution ordering the construction of cement sidewalks along
the following described streets in the city of Waterloo, Iowa, to-wit:

On the west side of Linden avenue,
in front of lots 1, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25,
26, 27, 28, 29, 30,-31, 32, 33, blk. 2;
and lots 3, 4, 5, 6, blk. 3 in Alford's
Addition. On both sides of Butler
avenue from Linden avenue to State
street in iront of lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,
9, 10, 11, 12, Troxel's Sub-Div.; lots

Now therefore, be it resolved by the city council of the city of Waterloo,
Iowa, that the making and constructing of said sidewalks be and the same are
hereby ordered. And be it further resolved, that the making of said improve-
ments are on motion of the city council without petition therefor by abutting
property owners. Said work to be commenced not later than
