Whereas , the cityengineer has this day filed in the office of the city clerk,

Whereas said council has examined said plat , plan, specifications and
stimates , now, therefore
Be it f>esolved by the city council of the city of Waterloo , Iowa, that the plat,
Lan, specifications and estimates filed as aforesaid be and the same is hereby
oproved and said improvements are hereby ordered made in accordance therewith.
