Western avenue from Leland ave- nue to Randall street 8 inches in di- ameter. Ninth street from South to Ran- dolph streets, 8 inches in diameter. Vermont street from 'Williston avenue to Fifth street, 10 inches in diameter. Reed street from Dawson to Kern streets, 15 inches in diameter. - • Reed street from Kern to Parker streets, 12 inches in diameter. Martha street from Bertch to Wil- liston avenues, 15 inches in diameter. Williston avenue from Bayard to Martha streets, 10 inches in Williston avenue from Farath to Martha streets, 12 inches in diameter.. Reber avenue from Kimball to Marsh streets, 10 inches in diameter. Reber avenue from Marsh to Moir streets, 12 inches in diameter. Linden avenue from Fowler street to the I. C. R. R., 10 inches in di- ameter. Fletcher avenue from Home Park to Third street, 18 inches in diameter. Third street from Fletcher to Michigan streets, 12 inches in di- ameter. Third street from Michigan street to 100 feet east, 10 inches in di- ameter. Be it further resolved, that the city clerk be and he is hereby directed to advertise for bids and proposals for the doing of said work in accordance woth Section No. 813 of the Code. The date for opening said bids and proposals to be on the • day of , -0-e\kd 411/4"••• 1913 at 7 :30 o 'clock p.m. That said improvements shall be paid for when the work is completed and accept- ed by the city council by sewer certificates issued to the contractor against property abutting on such sewers in proportion to the number of lineal front feet of each parcel thereof which certificates shall be accepted by the con- tractor in full payment for said work. Said work is to be done in accordance with the plans and speuifice.tions there- for prepared by the city engineer, approved by the city council and now on file in the office of the city clerk.
