Whereas , the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa, has passed on
this day a resolution ordering the construction of sewers on the following de-
scribed streets in the city of ,Waterloo, Iowa, to-wit :
On gthey street to within 100 feet
of Independence avenue, 10 inches in
diameter; Mohawk street.from Inde-
pendence avenue to Glenwood street,
C�'J 12 inches in diameter; Bluff street
from street to within 120 feet
northwest of Nest Fourth street, 12
inches in diameter; Bratnober street
from Columbia street to Lincoln
street, 12 inches in diameter; L+'lm
street from Lafayette street to river,
30 inches in diameter; Lafayette
street from Elm street -to Stanley
Court, 15 inches in diameter; Stanley
Court to Concrete, 12 inches in di-
ameter.
blow, therefore , be it resolved by the City council of the city of Waterloo,
Iowa, that the construction of said sewers be, and the same are hereby ordered.
.And be it further resolved, that the construction of said sewers are ordered
upon motion of the city council without petition therefor by abutting property
owners. Said work to be commenced not later than
