a plat , plan, specifications and estimates for the construction of sewers in the
city of Waterloo, Iowa-to-wit :

30 inches in diameter; Lafayette
street from Elm street to Stanley
Court, 15 inches in diameter. Stanley,
Court to Concrete, 12 inches in di
ameter,_
Whereas, said council has examined said plat, plan, specifications and
estimates, now, therefore ,
Be it resolved by the city council ff the city of Waterloo, Iowa, that the
plat , plan, specifications and estimates filed as aforesaid, be and the same are
hereby approved and said improvements are hereby made in accordance therewith
