RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH WENDELL
GAINES FOR THE REHABILITATION OF A CITY -OWNED
RESIDENTIAL HOUSE KNOWN AS 532 SUMNER STREET
THAT WAS OBTAINED THROUGH SECTION 657A OF THE
IOWA CODE, AS JUNE 3, 2013, AT 5:30 P.M. IN
CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA
AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 3rd day of June, 2013, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposed Development
Agreement with Wendell Gaines for the rehabilitation of a city -
owned residential house known as 532 Sumner Street that was
obtained through Section 657A of the Iowa Code, and legally
described as follows:
Lot 3 in Block 5 in Howery & McWilliams Replat of
Blocks 2, 3 and North ',-� Block 4 and the East 355.43
feet of the North li� of Block 5, Howrey & McWilliams
Addition in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of May, 2013.
