Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa;
That bids of \Q� V�y� `�.�o ��,� zs day rac a ved,
opened and read for the construction of sewer on Baltimore,. - Jo son, West Sixth
and various other streets in the city of Waterloo, Zowa,be, and the same is
hereby accepted.
Be it further resolved, that the city attorney be, and he is hereby directed
to prepare contracts for the doing of said work, and the mayor and city clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to execute same in behalf of the city.
