BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUI'CIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO IOWA:
That the plans and specifications and estimate
prepared by the City :Engineer and filed in the office of
the City Clerk for the work of constructing an art facial
channel or covered drain commencing at the upper end of
dry run sewer at the intersection of Allen Street and
Seventh Street in the City of Waterloo , Iowa; thhnee South
along the line of .Alen Street to the South line of Fleas-
ant Street; thence in a southerly direction to a point 96
feet North of the North line of Williston Avenue and 160
feet Test of the Westerly line of Eighth Street; thence
in a Southeasterly direction at an angle of 29 degrees
4 minutes with: the last described line 1137 feet to a
point 12 feet West of the West-,line of Ninth Street and
75 feet North to the North line of Hawthorne Avenue;
thence South parallel with Ninth Street 430 feet to the
center of Byron Avenue, and of filling the old channel
of the water course running between said intersection
of Seven*nd Allen Streets and Byron avenue; be and the
same are hereby approved.
