e it further resolved ghat the City 4f1erk _b_o _he is
hereby directed to publish and post notices as required by
law; that the plat, schedule and report have been filed by the
r City Engineer, as required by law, showing the cost of con-
structing said sewer on the street as set fourth in said
contract, and showing the cost and expense to be assessed
against each lot, or parcel of ground abutting said described
street, said notice to published in the Waterloo Daily
Courier, Waterloo Daily Reporter, and Waterloo Times-Tribune.
