That in accordance with the_-communication -of the city engineer this

day received and placed on file, and estimate of 1"D C1 be and
the same is hereby allowed the Miller-Hey Construction Company on t eir
contract for the construction of bridges across the Black Hank Creek on
Falls avenue.
Be it further resolved that the mayor and city clerk be, and they are
hereby, authorized and directed to certify a copy of this resolution to the
said Miller-Hey Construction Company.
