e it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo , Ia. that the work of constructing said sid � 3
in front of said described lots be and the same is hereby,
accepted, and that the cost thereof is hereby assessed a
gainst the abutting lots as provided by law,and in accordance
with the petition waiver and agreement of the owners
of said property and as shown by the plat mid schedule of the _C
City Ndgineer now on file in the office of the City Clerk,
showing the cost and anont to be assessed against each lot or
parcel of ground.
Be tt further resolved that the Mayor and the City-Gsuneel
Clerk be and they are hereby directed to issue sidewalk cert,
