Be it _resolved by the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa, that the
ma'-ping and construction of said grading, curbing, guttering and paving be, and
the same is hereby ordered. Said wor'r to be co?zgenced not later than
1913 and completed not later than
__ , I9.13.
Be it further resolved, that the grading, curbing, guttering and paving of
said described streets are made on motion of the city council without petition
therefor by abutting property owners.
