Be it resolved by the city council of the city of 4Taterloo , Iowa:
That whereas, the cite council has this day by resolution TO.
ordered the following described streets in the city of 1'7aterloo, Iowa, gr4ded,
curbed, guttered and paved with asphalt, to-wit:

Be it further -resolved, that the city clerk be, and he is herebl, directed
to advertise for bias and proposals for the doing of said worn in accordance
with Section - o. 8I3 of the Code and the date for opening said bids arid pro-
posals to be at 7:30 o 'clock p.m. on -

That said improvements shall be paid for w rs the work is completed and accept-
ed by the cite council< of_ the cit& of later oo, Iowa, b certificates issued
to the contractor against property abutting said improvement in proportion to
the number of lineal front feet of each parcel thereof, in accordance with the
lay, and ordinances and resolutions -of this council.
The city expressly reserves the right to stop the word for the purpose of
Putting in public service pipes on any of said streets, in which event the
time will be extended for the completion of said work.
