Be it resolved by .the City Council of
the City Of Wate rloo I
That 1�:he r.eas, the R ant As , Iowa
i'y p'� al,t Paving; Co . have completed the
work of paging on Locust Street from Mullan Ave to Western Ave
in Conger Park Add it ion,, and
Whereas# the owxer of all the lots abutting on said
described
street did on the " day of 19116 petition for said
work and signed waiver and agreement waivi
all peliminary
resolutions, notices or other proceediggs provided. by law
peliminary to arri in connection with doing of said work, and agree
irr; that the cost thereof should 'he assessed to the abutting
property as pxovdedly law, and and that when so assessed the
waivers on the assessor-ent certi-"icates would he signed by them, now
therefore,
?fie it resolved by the city council of the City of tilt erloo, Iowa
that the work of constructing said asphalt payment on the said
described street be and the same is hereby accepted, and the post
thereof is hereby assessed against the abutting lots as
provided by law, and in accordance with the petition, wain and
agreement of theDownevz of said propm rty and as shown by the
plat and schedule of the city ergineer now on file in the office of
the City Clerk showir9 the cost and mount to he ors led against
each lot or parcel of ground ahuttinp said d.escrtbed street.

they are hereby directed to issue paving certificates to the said
Rryant Asphalt Paving; Co in acco dance with said plat and schedule
to pay the cost of said improy anent .
