BE I " RESOLVED the City Council of Waterloo,Ia. That the work
of The Bryant Asp?ialt Paving; Co. or their contract of AugtPt 20
1912, for the construction of paving; on 77estern Ave, f�vor� ocust
St. to Randall St. in eth City of Waterloo , by ana the sane is
hereby Excepted.
Be it further resolved. that the Cite Clerk Be and he is
hereby derected to publish and post notices as required by law;
that the plat, scilediale rand report have been filed by the City
Engineer, &s required by lava, showing the cost of constructing
said pavement on the street as set fourth in said contract, and
showing the cost and expence to be assessed against each lot,
or parcel of ground abutting said described street, sa-Ld notice
to be published .n the Waterloo Daily Courier,Wa,torloo Daily Rem
porer,and Waterloo Times-Tribune.
