RESOLUTION NO. 2013-388
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF A CT514
COMPOST TURNER FOR YARD WASTE SITE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Waste Management
Services of said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid
document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in
conjunction with the Purchase of a CT514 Compost Turner for yard
waste site, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Waste Management Services
did file said specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of a
CT514 Compost Turner for yard waste site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of a CT514 Compost Turner for yard waste site, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of May, 2013.
