BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY _COUNCIL OF THE:.CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they
are hereby authorized and instructed to sign Quit Claim
Deeds deeding an irregular strip of land adjoining lot
No . 3 in Town's sub-division of block 4 in Andrew's
Addition to the City of Waterloo, Back Hawk County,
Iowa, to Alzina M. Town.
