raised by the City Couacil of the City of -aterloo, Iowa* setting as a Board
of Review,: is not in proportion and in excesn of other properties within the
immediate vicinity of the above named lots, now, therefore
Be it resolved that the Sori* 40 ft of 14E* 60 ft of lot IO and the 11080
20 ft of S*710 40 ft. of lot 9, block 86 *7est Original :lat owned by Le 1":41
Miller be and the came is hereby recommended by the city Council to the Board
of ""yupervisors of anok Hawk Ceunty that the original assessment as taken by
the Assessor in the sum of ;)3920000 be the actual valuation for the year 1913*
Be it further resolved that the Mayor and City Clerk °artily a copy Of
this resolution to the Board of Supervisors of the aforesaid County*
