Whereas, it has been ascertained that the hereinafter named parties are
exempt from City poll taxes, for r asons and years as hereinafter set forth,
now, therefore,
Be it resolved that the following parties be and they are hereby exempt
viz :
0. S. Martin, over 45 years, year 1909.
Joe Siegel, physical disability, years 1911-12*
Frank Conner, double tax, year 1898.
