Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Waterloo , Iowa:
That the city clerk be and he is hereby ordered and directed to certify
a copy of sidewalk repairs done by E. Leckington in the sum of $299 . 78
to the County Auditor of Black Hawk County, Iowa, he being instructed
to enter upon the tax lists of the city of Waterloo , Iowa , against the
various lots as shown by said list and the County Treasuser is hereby
directed to credit the improvement fund of the city of Waterloo , when
the same has been collected.
