Be it resolved by the city council 07-7 to cite- of -'aterloo, Iowa:
That Wiereas, the city engineer has prepared and filed in the office of the
city clerk a plate schedule and report showing the amount of cost of Improvenents
to be assessed against eaeil lot or parcel of ground on portions 0-7 the streets
as shown by said plat, echo" 'le and 76- ort ordered improved by thls council,
to—wit:
Constructing main sewers along the
following described streets in the city
of Waterloo, Iowa:
On Rhey street from 300 feet
north of center Fowler street to with-
in 100 feet of Independence avenue,
10 inches in diameter; Mohawk street
from independence avenue to Glen-
wood
street, 12 inches in diameter;
Bluff street from Sixth street to 120
feet northwest of West Fourth street
12 inches in diameter; Bratnober
street from Columbia street to Lin-
coln street, 12 inches in diameter;
Elm street from Lafayette street to
