RESOLUTION No. . . -- . .
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
that all persons owning property abutting Courtlamd Street
from Elm Street to Vinton Street be, and they are hereby ordered
and directed to lay and construct all sewer,water and gas
connections from the respective mains to the curb line
in front of property owned by them, so that there shall be
at lest one water, sewer and gas connection for each parcel
of ground, or lot abutting on this street, said connections to
be completed not later than Llay 15th1914.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to cause notice to be
served upon said. Property owners or the requirements of this
resolution as by ordinance provided.
In case any property owner fails to make this connection
rqpired by this resolution within the time specified , the City
Engineer is hereby directed to make such connecfionw and report
the cost thereof to the City Council, such cost to be assessed
against the property with the description of each lot and
parcel of pround, as required by ordinance.
