Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa:
That the sutra of $50.00 per month during the ice skating season be
appropriated. to Ed. Chapman to assist in defraying the expense of
maintaining a free skating rink on the Cedar river in the vicinity of
park avenue, said rink to be kept free from snow and in as smooth and
servicable condition As possible.
