RESOLUTION
Be it resolved by the City Oatmeal of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
that; W BFLZ E. Leokington has complete& the work of constructing
cement sidewalk on north side of Williston Ave in front of lots -,

Whereas the owners of all the lots above described did on

or other proceedings
anti agreement waiving all peliminary resolutons, notices/required
iav celiEltnary to and in connection with the doing of said work
an a agreeing that the cost thereof shoeld be assessed against the
abutting ;:rnert7 as required by law, and that when so assessed the
waivers n the asEcoment certificates would be signed by them, now
therefore,
Be it resolved. by the City council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
that the work of constructing said sidewalks in front of said.
Lescribed lots be and the name is hereby accepted, and that the cost
thereof is hereby assessed against the hgtting lots as required
by law, and in accordance with the petition, waiver and agreement
of the 0-4 -rs of said property, and as shown by the 2lat, schedule
and report of the City Enginer, now on file in the office of the City
0'121, showing the cost and zuount to be assessed s,,, ,nst each
lot ,Y:s- parcel of ground.
Be it further resolved that the Mayor and. City Clark be and
they are hereby directs& to issue sidewalk certificates to the
said. E. Leckintron, in Faconlance with the plat ; id schedule to
pay thz cost of saJ.d, illprovement.
