Be it resolved by t city council of the city of 74erloo, Iowa:

That the bid of V A C\AAc \_ a. f• 01/4., \7 s A A \\ills receive('p
opened and read for the construction of paving on portions of Kimball, Reber
West 4th, East 8th, and various other streets in the city of 'Vaterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby accepted.
Be it further resolved, that the city attorney be and he is hereby directed
to prepare contracts for the doing of said work, and the mayor and city clerk
hereby
areeuthorized and directed to execute the same in behalf of the city.
