clerk a plat, plan, specifications and estimates for the grading, curbing,
guttering and paving with either sheet asphalt or number one (I) vitrified
paving blocks the following described street's in the city of Waterloo; Iowa,

Whereas, said council has examined said plat, plan, specifications and
estimates, now, therefore
Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa, that th,
plat, plan, specifications and estimates filed as aforesaid be and the same
are hereby approved and said improvements are hereby ordered made in accordanc
therewith.
