Whereas the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa, has this day passed
a resolution ordering the grading, curbing, guttering and paving with either
sheet asphalt or number one (I) vitrified paving blocks the following describe(
streets, to-wit:

Be it it resolved by the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa, that
the making and construction of said grading, curbing, guttering and paving
be and the same is hereb4:rdered. Said work to be commenced not later than
c,„ 1914 and completed not later than

Be it resolved that the grading, curbing, guttering and paving of said de-
scribed streets are made on motion of the city council without petition theref
by abutting property owners.
