That whereas, the city council has this day by resolution No.
ordered the following described streets in the cildy of Waterloo, Iowa, graded,
curbed, guttered and paved with either sheet asphalt or number one (I) vitrifi(
paving blocks, to-wit:

advertiaai for bids and proposals for the doing of said work in accordance

putting in public survice pipes on any of said streets, in which event the
times will be extended for the completion of said work.
