Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Uaterloo ,
That the work of the Bryant Asphalt Paving Company on their contract of
August 27th, 1913, for the construction of asphalt pavement on Courtland stree
from Elm street to Vinton street in the city of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the sari
is hereby accepted.
Be it further resolved that the city clerk be and he is hereby directed
to publish and post notices as required by law, that the plat , schedule and
report have been filed by the city engineer as required by law, showing the
cost of constructing said improvement on the streets as set forth in said con-
tract showin the cost and expense to be assessed against each lot or parcel oi
ground abutting said described street, said notice to be published in the
Waterloo Daily Courier and Reporter and. Waterloo Times-Tribune.
