Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa:
That the work of the Bryant Asphalt Paving Company on their contract of
June 14th, 1913, for the construction of asphalt pavement on South Barclay
street from Independence avenue to the C. G. W. tracks be and the same is herel
accepted.
Be it further resolved that the city clerk be and he is hereby directet tl
pulish and post notices as required by law that the plat, schedule and report
have been filed by the city engineer as required by law, showing the cost
of constructing said i!4rovement on the streets asset forth in said contract
showing the cost and expense to be assessed against each lot or parcel of grou
abutting said described street , said notice to be published in the Waterloo Da
Courier and Reporter and Waterloo Times-Tribune.
