of the Bryant Asphalt Paving Company on their contract of July 31, 1913 for th
construction of asphalt pavement on West Fifth street from Locust to Bayard et
on Bayard street from W. Fifth to Fourth streets; on Denver street from Fifth
to Williston Ave; on Baltimore St. from Fifth to Pleasant St. ; on W. 2nd stre(
from Sullivan Ave. to Moir street; on Vinton street from Falls Ave. to Randal)
Street ; on Belmont ave. from Falls Ave. to Randall St; on W. 6th street from
Randolph to Wellington Ste; on W. 8th street from South to Wellington streets;
on W. 9th street from South to Wellington streets ; on Randolph street from 8t1
to 9th streets ; on South Barclay street from C. G. 7. Ry tracks to Vine stre(
in the city of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby accepted.
Be it further resolved that the city clerk be and he is hereby directed to
and post notices as required by law, that the plat, schedule and repo]
have been filed by the city engineer as required by law, showing the cost of
constructing said improvement on the streets as set forth in said contract an
showing the cost and expense to be assessed against each lot or parcel of groi
abutting said described streets. Said notice to be published in the Waterloo
Daily Courier and Reporter and Waterloo Times Tribune.
