Whereas, the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa, has this day passed
a resolution ordering the grading, curbing, guttering and paving with asphalt
the following described streets, to-wit:
East Tenth street from the.
southwesterly line of Franklin street!
to the northeasterly line of Sycamore
' street, to be paved 36 feet in width;
Steely street from the northerly line,
of Prospect avenue to the northerly
line of Vine street, to be paved 241
feet in width; Kingaloravonue-from'
the weckterly aVetfue,
ta,the easter-44We of March street,to
ha-paved 30 feet la width,-together
with the necessary intersections.
where not already paved.
Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa, that
the making and construction of said grading, curbing, guttering and paving
be and the same are hereby ordered. Said work to be commended not later
than 1914, and completed not later than
0 — ) , 1914.
Be it further resolved, that the grading, curbing, guttering and paving of
said described streets are made on motion of the city council without petition
therefor by abutting property owners.
